Marc Lacroix is born November 29th, 1956, in Montréal, Québec .

He obtained his baccalaureate degree in physical education in may 1980 at Montreal University and a Master Degree in sports administration, september 1981 at Ottawa University. In June 1992, he obtained a certificate degree in computer applied to education. In June 1996, he obtained a Master degree in adult education from University of Montreal. He is a certified professional coach in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) since October 2006 after 1000 hours of training and professional stages.

He was working for 8 years as an officer of the Cadet Instructor Cadre incadet units at junior and senior positions, He was nominated deputy director of the Regional Cadet Instructor School (E) for ten years. He was nominated honorary aide-de-camp of the Lieutenant-Governor of Quebec province, Honorable Martial Asselin, from november 28th, 1991 until 1993. He assumed the function of director of the Vernon Instruction Center for Cadet in British Columbia for one year.

He was the regional coordinator at the Air CadetLeague (Q/VO) from January 1994 to december 1995. He was administrator of the administrative counsel the Air Cadet League (Quebec and Ottawa valley) since january 2006. He is the president of the administration counsel since 2 years.

He was a training counsellor for the Montreal Transit Comission since 15 years. He is working as a training coordinator for MTC personnel for implementing new technologies. He is a member of the Professional association of the certified human resources counsellors.

He is a professional coach since 2006 for Quartz coaching. He is a member of the International society for NLP coach.

He is married to and have three children.
